Announcing Sinefa’s latest User Interface - March 2019
We’re excited to bring you a new and even more intuitive user interface experience.
With this user interface refresh we set out to create a more intuitive user experience as well as drastically improve the use of screen real estate. The user interface is more responsive and pages scale to fit the size of the browser window. This means that whether you are using a high resolution monitor or a tablet, the experience will remain consistent.
There are numerous new features in the new user interface and below we are highlighting a few:
Sinefa Live has been redesigned to make it easier to identify locations experiencing high utilization and identify the cause of the congestion. Locations are now shown on a geo map with the size of the circles representing current throughput and the color indicating link utilization in real time.
User Interface performance
Performance has been improved through a combination of query optimization and a new web page rendering engine. As a result, navigating through the user interface and running queries, even over long time frames will return results much faster when compared with the classic user interface.
New and old together
Users can switch between both the new and old user interface with ease. The new user interface can be accessed directly from the Classic UI, by clicking the Login link on our website, or by visiting https://ui.sinefa.com. There are no immediate plans to remove the classic version however some features are only available from the new user interface.
New Dashboard widgets
Dashboards have several new widgets including: Link Utilization graphs and Performance tree maps. Customers can now create new dashboards which bring network traffic as well as application performance metrics into a single view. By combining application intelligence and network intelligence onto a single pane of glass filling in the gap between the application and network teams becomes easier still.

Time series visualization of additional metrics
Seeing metrics like RTT and TCP health in a time-series chart provides additional insights when digging for issues.
