Brazilian Managed Service Provider ISPM chooses to partner Sinefa

Melbourne, Australia, 1 February 2016: ISPM, based in Brazil, announced today that it was entering into a strategic partnership with Sinefa, a Melbourne based network technology company. The alliance will see Sinefa’s technology integrated into ISPM’s flagship service assurance platform, Netvision. Sinefa will improve NetVision’s ability to control traffic on networks, and will ensure better management and visibility of applications, users and devices. ISPM expects to leverage the technology and grow its business by about 10% during 2016.

According to Helder Ferrão, Commercial Director & Business Development ISPM, the upgrade in NetVision platform will enable a complete asset management of networks and its contents, covering all aspects that influence the quality of services provided to customers, and may also improve the performance of networks by preventing or correcting problems.

"The partnership is very important for ISPM, since it allows us to detect, identify and correct infrastructure failures, by analyzing network utilization and prioritizing critical user applications, ensuring the best possible performance of the managed environment of operators, service providers or technology managers, " says Ferrão.

ISPM continues to promote initiatives to strengthen its business in Brazil and Latin America and aims to establish new partnerships to enhance NetVision platform. "We look for companies that are a leader in their markets or have innovative solutions that provide real gains in service quality for our customers," concludes Ferrão.

Con Nikolouzakis, founder of Sinefa said “We are delighted with the ISPM alliance and look forward to helping them grow their business in South and Latin America. We see this as an important stepping stone in developing our global markets.”
