How to successfully migrate to Office 365

A multinational plastic pipe manufacturer has recently migrated 3,000 users and 90 locations to the Azure Cloud and Office 365. Unfortunately, application performance problems were affecting the productivity of their workforce. The IT team was particularly concerned about the performance of Office 365. At the beginning of the migration, one element of the project involved the migration of 150 users, who experienced network failure for 5 to 6 days when syncing was occurring. The problems continued even after the migration was completed.

By introducing Sinefa’s visibility and control solution, the team has identified network problems and prioritised mission-critical applications, resulting in improved network performance and successful Office 365 syncing. Such has been the impact, that the team now considers Sinefa to be essential for a successful deployment of Office 365.
